Where do I even begin?
The webtoon to end all webtoons. There are more main characters than there are side characters. Every one of them and every event in the story is memorable. The art is so beautiful that every panel could be its own standalone masterpiece. I've never had a webtoon/manga/manhwa evoke so much in me, and so many times too.
I hope more people read this. Truly.
Webtoon on crack.
Don't read if you want something serious. This is so absurd/hilarious that it shouldn't be on this list but the romance is actually really cute.
I rarely ever read manhua/Chinese webtoons but this one is pretty good. Art doesn't dip in quality and the characters aren't bland. Story also keeps me on my toes (it has the outrageousness present in Chinese dramas, but it's not unbearable).
I remember dropping this once because the start was slow and I wasn't sure where the story was headed. But I'm so glad I reread and finished this. This webtoon made me smile and laugh a lot. The romance happens late into the webtoon, but the wait was worth it. I really enjoyed (and envied) the dynamic between the female and male lead. They're both adorable.
A romance isekai that shoots down problematic isekai tropes and shows how things should be done. Has a cast of really cute and wholesome characters. The art is so beautiful I gape at the panels sometimes. The artist knows how to draw the characters' expressions so that they're truly funny or impactful. I can't commend this webtoon enough to do it the justice it deserves. Really good romcom isekai, you'll just have to trust me.
What's better than redemption stories? Redemption by revenge stories, like this one. The heroine isn't pretending or deluding herself to be a good person. She's truly out for revenge, and she's not half-hearted about it. There's no pretentiousness here, just good art and deviously good plans. I've never rooted so hard for someone before. This was very satisfying (so far, since it's still ongoing) to read.
Reading this gives me so much fluffy, giddy feelings. The romance between the main pair, I think, is made even more special because of their child (who isn't related to the female lead). It's always a treat to see their interactions and so fulfilling to see the positive change that follows. The fact that the duke and the child are "villains" makes the love poured into them all the more satisfying to watch. The family here is so adorable and they deserve all happiness.
I personally can't stand the harem genre because a lot of the time, the events are so unnaturally forced in order for the harem trope to play out. There's none of that here, probably because the setup is a reverse harem game in hard mode. It's actually exciting to watch the heroine (the story's villain) try to survive this supposedly hard game. Plus, IMO, there's only one male lead worth rooting for. Really good art and interesting story events
Is revenge truly revenge if it doesn't make you think, "Should they really be doing this? Is this really okay?" Because I can't count how many times I've thought that while reading this. Revenge stories shouldn't make readers feel good, and this webtoon delivers exactly that. And that's a compliment. The story and the events are everything but boring. Finishing season 1 has me anxiously waiting for season 2.
