So she has 1 yandere in love with her, and that yandere's sister in love with her. But the sister has 3 yanderes of her own who now want the MC dead because the sister is in love with the main character.
That's alot.
If the MC wasn't so dense when it came to love this could have been over, but I can only see her situation getting worse before it gets better. *sits back and eats popcorn*
