Idk if this is smth w/ the author, but a repeated motif was someone leaving one sibling for another. Smth like that will forever be disgusting to me. I found those people to be appallingly gross. I mean, the cheater is one thing, but sibling2 has to be heartless. Can't blame sibling1 for going crazy. Idk if this is smth close to the author, but I hated it a lot, so I noticed the pattern.
