Classic happy and bubbly maid FL (no regression here though) treats the "ghost of the annex" ML nicely and he becomes obsessed with her.
It's def got its plotholes, but nice to see FL being immature and immersing herself in this fantasy world by flexing her powers (rip the economy) then being transported to/from fantasy world to reality (her reality is pretty bad) and using her powers would kill her, so she's trying to navigate life. Also like obsessive stalker dragon ML, kinda nice he tried to find happiness
5.9/10 Just a classic trope-y amusing happy-go-lucky FL who bad things keep happening to her and a cold/rude/immature ML. FL is cursed, her curse is better when the ML is around.

6.4/10 Good pacing, satisfying cliche story. Refreshing that ML believes in himself (everyone around him condemns him for being the son of a witch). So the age gap gets bridged through a 20 year time skip where the FL just kinda sleeps and doesn't age. ML also doesn't actually remember her. He just gets told about someone called Elaine who used to be close to his mother by a retainer of his when he's a bit older.
