hmm mixed feelings… it started off super strong but fell kinda hard. The story written from the ML’s pov dragged on for so long and gave him a voice that sounded too similar to the MC. It seems like the author made two of the same characters in terms of wishy washy romantic complications. And then the confession scene was like the worst thing ever… like it kinda ruined the ML’s whole “i want to be good to him” vibe. and then the ending parts were just bland and stereotypical too.

funny lol but lowkey scary and toxic. i read the viet translation, which is about thirty chapters ahead and god the ML is like actually a nutjob. He’s insane. I get that he wants revenge but he’s just making me uncomfortable ToT but theres also mixed signals bc he seems to like seyoung’s looks, or at least gets flustered by them. but even at the most present scene (where its not just flashbacks) hes still like scary. like. “seyoung ur screwed” D: what crazy shit is he going to pull now ;;;
