STRONG MC

Skipping over the awkward “so now I’m in a new world” part, the reincarnated MC has done the best she can as the harmless friend to the high-status nobles of high society. Only, the original book plot is changing and not everything’s adding up....

WAY better than I thought it’d be. MC and a few others are actually quite smart and it’s such a refreshing, interesting read! There’s subtle, well-done romance and real character development as well - also, the story is officially completed now!

MC dies and suddenly finds herself in another world....at a slave auction. And so she meets the famous immortal vampire, whom everyone wishes would die....

It’s quite funny and a pleasant read (the first ~50 chapters of the main story, specifically), but also a bit sappy and slice-of-life. It ends technically, but it feels like it was setting up for a much longer story, which then changed at the last minute? Anyway, a good read I probably won’t read again.

YES a strong female lead with a good brain and even better fighting skills! This story reminds me a lot of “Emperor and the Female Knight”, and - while I have to confess I like E. & the F.N. better - this is still excellent! It has humor, a fast-paced plot, and a secret or two we have yet to unravel (not to mention magic). Really excited to read more!
