Dude finds out he can see monsters he made from his own novel and that these monsters have been haunting his neighbor. (Cue heart balloons)

-Grear buildup, pacing, tone
-Funny, kinda good characters
-When they fall in love the dude is possessive and clingy and I LOVE IT
-They both become SO SMITTEN for each other its adorable, bonus all of the side characters are annoyed by it
