World of black holes (gates) AFTER the gates disappeared and the world is back to normal. This world has 4 main groups: shapeshifters, mages, immortals, and etcs. MC is a half shapeshifter half immortal and goes through "training" (torture) to become strong. He has the benefits of both groups while the weaknesses are cancelled out by the strengths.
Went downhill from chap 50 RAPIDLY.
