Dark/Gore/

Not really gory and isn't very dark but I think it can still work in here as it does have darker themes our mc is a high schooler well it's his first time in high school bc 10 years ago when he was a kid his plane with his parents crashed leaving him alone in a war torn place we learn he's a mercenary and yeah it's good however that part isn't rlly the focus but he does beat a bunch of ppl up for doing shit things

I wouldn't say really gory but it definitely has alot of blood and darker themes. You can tell it's probably romance but she is like a genuine villainess and the whole family is sick in the head
