Top favourite yaoi stories. They include other sub types of yaoi -  shounen ai etc. I am not so into bara and definitely not shotacon so they probably won't appear in my lists. These manga are ordered by storyline, how much it sparks something in my heart. So really, I'm rating by plot not smut.  But hey, ofcourse I do like smut at least a bit. It's just - most of the time - I read for the story  haha MOST of the time...
