I'm a bit confused too, but from what I understand:
Sean was hired by Jake's older sister as surrogate. So Sean just held hands with someone (I guess the dealers). There isn't much specification on who's the second person, who held hands with Sean.
Well, but due to this surrogacy, he had twins. In chapter 63, he's giving up Elliot and the lady is taking the baby to madam (I guess Jake's noona)
Emily is the child he kept, as there was only need to "give" one child.
So Emily is just Sean's child (with unknown another hand holder). But not Jake's. I believe he's saying "our child" as giving Jake new chance and fresh start.
Hi wait im so confused sorry. So the baby who always calling jake "daddy" who's really the parents of that baby?? Why sean says that it's their child?
