I WANT TO KNOW THAT TOO!
Not only watch, But there’re also necklace and ring too, so that they can wear it everyday or easily keep it by their side. Moreover, it reminds them of The person who gives them the present too. To sum up, It’s handy than any other gifts.
This is just my opinion but I’m sure that’s the reason.
Im just curious as to why they ALWAYS give watches as a present
