nah I think you're right , I don't think her crest is a sign of having a soulmate but rather simply a crest showing the goddess's favor towards her . but because there aren't any others like it , everyone just thinks that it's a soulmate crest .

I heard her crest is fused to one because of what she did. Sometime the crest will separate and will attached to Aseph.

i feel like her crest isnt really a crest or sum like. escpecially when that power came and the goddess talked to her. The prince also said it 'felt different,' so her vrest is probably much more. maybe im overthiniing ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
