lmao i absolutely LOVED fools too, but what makes fools great is that its a pretty simply story with not much drama, but love or hate is PACKED with drama so there is lot of YEARNING.
would still read tho, pretty good but not as satisfying or light as fools
Love or Hate is heavy, but it's amazing if you read it carefully. It requires way more thinking than Fools haha. Like you gotta really think about each monologue and the intentions behind the characters, and why they're actually "toxic" as readers like to put it.
Also!! I suggest not reading it if you're gonna really hate the step sibling taboo used as the main conflict here. 2 out of the 3 main characters met when they were 16 as their parents were getting married. They loved each other as teens and tried to be together, and the parents got divorced 3 years later. The story takes place 7 years after the divorce, and heavily focuses on these two and their past vs present relationship.
