I think it did happen. It most likely happened after SH dropped him off to NK’s room so he can rest since he lost consciousness and that scene implies that NK was probably half awake. Then when SH left to go find Jihwa, Mr.Kim (servant) snuck in Heena without SH’s permission.
ok thanks thats what i hoped, i got the impression that mr kim was lying to nakyum last chapter but clearly he was lying to the maid (about getting permission) so i thought SH had changed his mind about heena.
so was that bit with SH caressing NK's hand a dream or reality bc it felt like he truly felt remorse and I got the impression he gave heena permission to see NK, this chapter contradicted that scene, does he feel bad or not??
