It's kind of a difference of a scan group spending days to week cleaning typing redrawing making sure the pictures look good make sure that all the sentences makes sense. so it's a really enjoyable read. where somebody else comes along and will spend a couple hours to a day on maybe three chapters. they don't put hardly any work in it and none of it makes any sense it doesn't look very nice. doesn't mean they didn't try hard but they're not taking the time like the scan group. And then when the group tries to upload and see that all their work went to waste because somebody already uploaded it just makes them feel like they wasted their time. leads to hurt feelings. now if somebody would have got a hold of the scan group and asked it can I help you or would you like me to work on this chapter for you. So you don't have to take any time on it the whole thing might have been a whole lot nicer for everyone.

The Scans team worked hard on buying the chapter, then cleaning, redrawing, translating and proofreading to give readers a top notch translation.
A solo uploader does all this on their own, and usually through a machine translator like Google translate, this makes the translation untrue to the original work of the author and many times gibberish. They even sometimes dont actually buy the Chapters but steal it from other websites.
Solo uploaders also only come around once in a while. They don't stick around to upload everything. And mostly only upload to try their skills at cleaning n stuff.
A Scans team does all the work and then they upload, but what is someone has already uploaded? Should their hard work be wasted? Okay, let's continue the next Chapters, oh, someone has again already posted the next chapter, my team once again worked hard for nothing. Nvm, the same thing keeps on happening again n again, until the Scans teams gives up. And readers have to read a crap translation done by some newbie.

real question: why does it matter that other people are uploading the chapters and not the officials ones? Wouldn't that make it easier on the translating groups that have more than one project? Are they the ones deleting the chapters now???
