In reply to original poster, I think his mom cares. I mean what kind of mom always buys food for his childhood friend in thanks for being her child's friend? A GOOD ONE! :D But just from that I think I can tell that she's decently nice.
GAWD. I think the police should have really been involved if it got that bad. I mean, did his mom not notice the carvings in his skin?! or she did but shes a bad person and didnt care?! WOW.
