I am back and just read all of the raws that come up. I will buy the chapters that I've read but...

omg same. I've seen a few bdsm ones (both yaoi and straight). I really can't get into it when it isn't a consensual bdsm or when one party pushes too much. I just feel like it becomes very forced. like yeah they look hella good and the dynamics is kinda what I like. but the way they get into it kinda puts me off.
As someone into bdsm... I'm pretty much disgusted. I want to read it but only if the uke is not acting like a monster throughout, blackmail and forcing sadistic play.(does anyone know?) Much needed character development. Wtf. I just hate when one character does not give a frick and the other character ends up "so in love". Not complaining since yaoi end up like that usually, and I'm still going to read it for now. People just already think bdsm is just tying people up and beating them and they are supposed to love it, so not to go into lessons and whatnot but despite what you see, the sub is the one given power. anyway, I do lobe the art and hope, although it's a longshot, for some positive development.(except the wu suo wei haircut the seme has)
P.s. I'm not complaining or dissing the book. The dynamic of the yaoi genre just stresses me out sometimes with the overly sadistic characters. People like that kind of character though so stay blessed.
