Looking for a title

it was about a girl, she meets this guy that has a really high status(i think it was a prince?) who was investigating something(?). anyways, the girl has powers to make any plant grow by remembering the details of it and can summon traps with the plants, she also runs a shop(?) cafe(?) serves tea and flowers. there was a part where she wanted to recreate an endangered plant so she went to the museum(?) where it was. shes trying to get the features of it and somebody is causing a scene so she puts these plant things all over the floor and theyre sticky(?) so they get stuck to the person and there she meets the other dude. he then continues to go to her shop to drink tea. i think the girl had blonde hair(?) and the guy had black(?) hair?
