A webtoon about a detective whose diagnosed with a fatal illness and is about to die. The only thing that's keeping him alive is a bottle of medicine. In order for him to live, he needs to travel to a different dimension of a parallel world where their doppelganger exists. He needs to find his doppelganger and kill him so he could take that guy's remaining time to live. The only problem is that his doppelganger is a wanted serial killer. MC has this high tech gun that can teleport. He came from a world that's so technologically advanced. They have this bracelet or watch (?) that contains all of their information from their birthday to their last will testament. The other dimension he got into lacks those technologies. MC wants to live cuz he has a female relative that's sick.
