its funny cause if anyone were to call their dress a "chemise" back then it would be "scandalous" LMAO (it would be like saying "im wearing panties" out of nowhere). Its also kinda funny cause,,, corset is also underwear. It's like the equivalent of bras at that time. ;w;

The whole "corset bad!!" thing is getting to me frrrrr!! LMAO Corsets were meant to fit its wearer perfectly and to help said wearer achieve the desired silhouette for the dress !! They were also meant to support your back and front so you have a proper posture 27/7. Corsets wont kill you (unless you wear someone else's because then you will be forcing it to fit you). Women literally did heavy work and sports wearing corsets back then QwQ
Judging by the overall silhouette of her "chemis dress" , im pretty sure its inspired from the ones during the regency era (Tho those will never have an exposed back but thats fine !! I think the chemise dress of hers is pretty u_u) and while yes, they didnt wear corsets for the regency dresses they did wear stays. Stays are basically the softer version of corsets and while these stays wont emphasize on shaping the waist it will still provide the support the upper body needs.
the whole "corset bad" and "what about her organs" is makin me iffy yftdyvhjgfghjv. Im not writing this cause its "inaccurate" (its fantasy, anything can happen) i wrote this cause she kept saying "corset bad!!!" which made me feel a lot of things cause babe, that aint true.
