Ian was kidnapped. The princess found out about their relationship, she asked one of raymond’s maids to knock ian out so they can sell him to a slave trader.
He managed to save himself. He worked for as a painter. Kaya found one of Ian’s paintings and reported it to raymond, he managed to find Ian. But ian told him he did not want to return. Raymond realize that Ian means everything to him so he abandoned his plan to marry the princess and worked again with the rebels. He did not marry the princess the rebels attacked the manor at their wedding day which is part of the plan
Kaya went to live and paint with nicholas. Raymond and ian eloped

So in the raws it seem like Ian runs away better said hey kidnapped and I just skipped to the last chapter and it seem like Raymond and Ian are back together but not in back in Raymond’s house but in a small village idek
I first thought Ian got together with someone that looked exactly like Raymond cause out of no where Raymond didn’t have any scars on his body
Anyways~ It seem he still married the princess
I don’t even know how I feel about all this I’m kinda numb to this whole manhwa it’s a roller coaster but not one that makes me scream in anger,fear or what ever
