I feel like the title is like that because in the beginning she said it would be awkward to date the demon king cuz her ex is the hero. and the original character was just supposed to be her dating the hero, so when she broke off from that the title is to show that she changed her life in the story as to not be with the hero. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
around half way i started thinking what's with the title and plot- sure she's an ex gf of the soldier but like..i can't even remember the soldier's name- i feel like "played by the demon king" would be better jkjk but like fr tho i don't know where this is going
