There's a rumour going around the office. And everyone thinks it's about Ivan. But it's actually not him, but he's still getting bullied by some of the people he works with.
And Ivan is trying to avoid it and just let the rumour go away, so he sent Hen to some work camp without telling him why or what's wrong. Even though Hen can tell something I'd wrong, he refuses to tell him for some reason.
The conflict is that he's not opening up to Hen thus disturbing the relationship.
By not telling Hen what's bothering him with work and everything it probably makes Hen feel like Ivan doesn't have any confidence in him and etc.
The conflict is basically lack of communication.

If i remember correctly, there's a rumor going around about a worker being gigolo or something? It is not yet clearly stated but it may be Hen, that's why Ivan doesn't want to tell him.
If im not mistaken the rumour was about hen thats why ivan dont want him to know.
