If you read the summary of http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/ookami_wa_koi_ni_naku/ it sounds like what you're describing, but the they aren't translated yet (ch3-5)
Yeah the summary sounds like it, but I legit remember reading it. I even checked the comments to see if maybe I read Spanish translations instead but that wasn't the case either. Unless I read it at one of the other websites I used to use before mangago.

When a manga updates I usually go through and read all the mangas from the same author and I could have sworn that there was a third manga. One about I believe twin white Hart's. It follows one of the twins that thinks his prince actually likes his twin ( which married the princes older brother). At the end the prince reveals that he actually does like the mc since he fell in love when he met him ( the other twin was sick the day they met.
Does anyone have any ideas what it's called or where I could find it.
