Based on the summary and comments, I thought this would be around the line of he can’t kill people out of conscience or smth or perhaps he just have delusions, but they’re all wrong. So it’s because someone has the power to turn back time whenever he kills, hmm. THAT’S OP WTF. I wonder who it is, or does it happen only when HE kills? What if other people does the killing? Hmm...
