It's the white haired guy.Why?
First the blonde is not it,his pants is light colored so engk.And the three left their pants looked similar but they actually differ in color.I took a screenshot of all of the four (full body side by side in ch 3) and took a screenshot of the pants of the guy who did the deed.And ladys and gentleman its the white haired guy.
Another reasoning
The one who leftthe most/best impression is the white haired guy.The blonde is too cocky hate him,and the author is obviously pairinghim with the cook.The business man is so so.But he seems boring and such I dunno.The white haired seems the best catch,which Im sure the author intends fir it to look like that from the start.
Third reasoning,the uke said he's been doing the deed with the white haired guy in the past,and if we'll gonna follow the cliche "romantic" plot,it is actuallymuch preferred/expected for the white haired guyto end up with the uke.And he seems nice to the uke too.
