At least on the lighter side of bl, yeah. And then just below it are stuff by Tagame, that messed up story with pig orcs, that story about humanoid heart eating creature living in the forest with his bf/servant, and probably OP's Shanks djs. Lol
I think Naono Bohra is the only yaoi author that makes characters that are blind or missing a limb. At least they are the only one I have found.
