Hi, ln reader here as well. Yeah, I second with you. And I guess the worst punishment he will ever receive is the readers disatisfaction and our loath for him. I was actually hoping that they would sentence him to death as well, but yeah. I'm still glad with how the author showcase's Anise's empathy towards his brother despite being a different person inside the body.
The main difference between these two is one so self-centered narcissistic with a big victim mentality while the other is self-aware, open-minded- emancipated/self-empowered and still considerate.
This is just me but did the gl and mc be together at the end? I’m just curious ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

The Prince Al the brother of the MC...
I truly think that the author didn't punish him enough for what he was trying to do!
So he gets exiled for trying to become a powerful vampire who can controll the people in the kingdom against their will by after killing Ryeini the vampire girl and Anne-Sophia his superior sister while his accomplices gets executed for treasons...
He kinda gets a light sentence but on the other hand "he will work for the good of the kingdom for the rest of his life to make up for the crime of wanting to glamour the entire populace into obeying him."
And the author made the characters/his victim and targets forgive him too easily.
His reasons and motives might be comprehensible but I can't feel sorry for him at all.
Just because you felt inferior to your older sister and ex-fiancee, this is no excuse for becoming ruthless power hungry tyrant who can harm anyone.
And why does the MC has to apologize for how hurt his idiot brother feels???!!!
She is not responsible for your inferior complex!!! She even saved his life once in their younger years!!!
