Here are my theories so far...

1. Why was Gojou accused as an accomplice of Getou?
— I think this was because of his mission back then where he was supposed to kill Getou, but since Getou appeared to be alive, they thought he deceived them and was actually planning this incident with Getou from the start. Not to mention that the sorcerer's where looking for moles inside the jujutsu tech before the incident, and also how the higher ups thought of him as a "traitor" ever since he took Yuuji under his wing. They might have taken the Shibuya incident as a chance to stop him from feeding Yuuji the fingers of Sukuna, afterall they are afraid of what might Yuuji do.

2. Why do they need to execute Yuuji after contributing a lot in settling the Shibuya incident?
— Let's not forget that the higher ups see Yuuji as a hazard of society because of Sukuna. They never approved of him, and even if it was Sukuna who destroyed a huge part of Shibuya after his domain expansion, Yuuji was still the host and that moment where he couldn't take over his body is just another reason for them to fear him. Overall, they don't see him as Yuuji, but only as Sukuna's Host.

3. Can't they use reverse curse technique to bring back the arms Inumaki, Todo and mustache guy(sorry, forgot the name)?
— I mean, if there's someone that powerful they could, but I don't think there are any sorcerer with that level of reverse curse yet. I think what they need is someone powerful enough to be able to regenerate someone's body parts and even Ieri can't do that cause if she can, she already did when Gojou brought Yuuji's heartless body to her. The characters who can regenerate body parts of others as seen so far are those high/special ranked cursed spirits like Sukuna, or someone with transfiguration technique like Mahito.

*Also, it wasn't shown how Inumaki lost his arm. In my theory, he was caught on the domain expansion of Sukuna or one of those explosions Sukuna and Jogo has during their fights. Since Megumi once mentioned that Inumaki is extremely fast, he might have suffered from just losing an arm instead of dying because of that

Had a long debate with a friend and there are actually sorcerers strong enough to restore a human's body part (ie. Shoko, Yuuta). Sorry, i didn't know about Yuuta being able to restore a body part not until I read the prologue a while ago. But the question is, why is Inumaki's panel on the last chapter showing him with just one arm considering that it's sort of a timeskip? Our theory was 1) Inumaki and Yuuta haven't met face-to-face yet, 2) The author drew Inumaki before he was restored to make emphasis on Yuuta's reason of hatred to Yuuji. We'll just have to wait for the next panel that Inumaki shows up.
