I don't think you can search up users on mangago- But you can follow some, just click on their profile then scroll down, underneath their bio should be a follow button.To see what your following is doing, click on your own profile on the top corner and press timeline. Hope this helps! :)
All u have to do is tap on the persons user. Also, if u scroll all the way down, u can follow them. lemme know if I answered ya question
