Male omegas

I think i saw in a manga (i forgot the title), they go their period, they did feel sluggish like woman during their period. Ugh really forgot the title Σ( ￣□￣||)

I think the heat cycle is like the omegaverse period, because omega's can only get pregnant on their heat cycle and it's kind of like a reverse of normal.
