There are ways to tell his partner « I want to spend more time with you ». Also, he has no right to boss Kyungsoo around like he’s one of his employees or works for him. He shouldn’t demand things the way he does as if Kyungsoo owes him something. The way Chowon speak to him is not right either.

He's saying it off, but reading his interview it's a good thing. And about work, it's normal being strict with it. Chowon said it himself that he already warned him couple of times.
Then about their relationship, I think Chowon just wants more quality time with themselves. Like he wants him to work closely to him so they can be together always.
