Okay here's a review, just in case...idk

Before you go off, I understand that he views himself as consistently inferior, and I know that he's afraid to ask for help.

However, it doesn't change the fact that it's obvious that as of now, his damn husband does not like him, he despises him. (don't mention the car part, the MC doesn't know about that) He so desperately clings onto the possibility that he could be given any affection by this person when it's obviously not going to happen. Self-esteem works differently for everyone, but first and foremost this is a story, it's writing, not real life.

The plot ties in that the husband is in love with the MC's music, like wtf, there's no point. We as the audience generally do not like the husband, so now that there's a subplot that basically makes him a ML, what part of that will be well received. This manhua relies heavily on the "pity card", we feel bad for the MC, for the husband. It doesn't feel like the plot is moving forward. It's a perpetual back in forth of "I hate you", and "some affection".

I genuinely believe from a writing standpoint, that theme of "a perpetual back in forth of 'I hate you', and 'some affection'" will not be executed well. Right now, readers are really just cheering someone on because of hate, but because the plot doesn't feel like it's moving forward readers will likely drop the manhua.

I agree cause I’ve read the novel and at some certain point I was getting annoyed with the MC....but I got to understand he wasn’t playing the pity card he just loved him for too long and kept assuring himself that eventually things would turn out and when he genuinely snapped he completely lost fate and ran mad with grief, the only thing I’m sad about is that he still ended up with the Seme....although the Seme really suffered and they had a lot of closure from each other I just wished they didn’t end up together I liked the other guy better
But hey that’s how the author wants it to be
