I haven't seen that kind of story in yaoi for awhile since most readers go for the romance over sadism, especially the psychotic kind. You could try some of the stories by Inariya Fusanosuke like Giglio, or Mizukami Shin's Aigin Shounen. Abe Akano, Asia Watanabe, Zaria Ranmaru, Takakura Row and Tori Maia may also have one or two stories, but even with these authors, they tend not to risk too much for the sake of transgression.
