I think Jinyao already know Yiyun before the story starts right? cause when he saw yiyun for the first time on the story he haredly recognized him but till now I still don't know their backstory. Maybe they know each other back when they we're teenagers (lol) and I think it's obvious that they arr both the real parents of Rourou but why Rourou's hair is blond ??? Huh???
