So i assume that they are half sibling with one dad which is the emperor, but then if rezef is child of the empress and ANOTHER MEN which is raphael's dad then that means they are not blood related at all?? It just means that they are half sibling but instead of same dad, they have same mother. And I think it also means that rezef shouldn't have right to the throne right? Because he only has the empress's blood and not the king.

there's a reason the king hates rezef. it's bcs rezef is a child from the empress's affair with raphael's dad in the past. but bcs the king doesn't want to reveal the affair of the queen publicly, so he pretend and makes it like rezef is actually his son, so everyone doesn't know the truth that actually rezef isn't the son of the king. thats why the king doesn't support him for getting the throne. and bcs of this, the king killed the queen through her allergies, and its also reveal the reason why the king hates cayena. its bcs cayena is actually looks a like the queen that betray him.
