She still supports her brother because 1) she wants to manipulate him and 2) she realized that his actions were a product of how the emperor treated him so in turn he treated other the same way, her logic is; if she shows her brother the love and affection that he's been craving then he won't turn into the monster tyrant that she knew before
Im surprised she forgave tht dickhead kf a brother so easily i mean it ws basically his fault she suffered so much in her first life so wut if she ws dumb n naive she still supported him as his older sis n he just only ever saw her as a tool
