I'd honestly love to elaborate on the one-dimensional character part that I mentioned but that would be a whole ass essay. And let me correct myself, the events that happen aren't set up in an "okay" way. They're set up simply because it needs to be set up lol.

This manga has beautiful art and the story has so much potential but the writing is kind of meh. The things that happen are set up in an okay way and it really feels like all the characters in this one are so one-dimensional, except maybe for the main antagonist who hasn't really done much so who knows how that character really is. And for some reason, there are unnecessary "romantic" and sexual moments thrown at random times (talking about that confession and kiss that appeared out of nowhere and the "I want you inside of me" on the latest chapter). Also, I think this is one of those cases where the author doesn't know how to write female characters because boi the female lead in this one is hella annoying and just appears at the most convenient times lol ngl, I'm only still reading this because I really do want to see how the main character's revenge plays out and how all of this ends
