Hey guys, maybe the uke calls him "dude" or "man" because they've been best friends SINCE BIRTH and that's what he's always called him. If you developed a sexual relationship with your best friend within a span OF LITERAL DAYS, I think it would be hard to just adjust immediately. Like shit, what's the big deal and why is it a "turn-off" for some of you guys?
