Huh the ending was just.....too easy? When Sonju first made the declaration that he wanted to continue hunting and eating humans, I thought he may actually be a real threat later, cuz the kids consider him a friend, so imagine that conflict of him wanting to hunt, and them not being able to live with the reality that their "friend" is a predator, but it just got glossed over because the power of “love” from the kids. His reaction was cute, ig. But still. And the royal dude brother guy with the two cores.....he was so happily murdering all these kids just to give up power last minute because he had an epiphany upon his resurrection and miraculously he was actually against the reign all along. I’ve seen people say the ending was rushed and not as satisfying but I thought I’d ignore that and go into this with an open mind. Guess they were right. Still a decent read over all.
