let's add that he forgot abt her and how she saved him from kidnappers, and saved his life from a car crash that resulted for her to be blind. ik no one told him bc he might feel guilty but this really ain't it. :(
The novel's pretty behind so don't quote me on this, but I think he lost his memories of the event because of trauma, and in the novel, her eyes are always closed so he can't see them. As for the lying about his identity part, yeah... That was uncalled for.
