After reading the manhwa up until chapter 19, I was simply too curious and started reading the novel. I compared these two last chapters with the ones from the novel, and I must say the novel has more detailed information, and includes stuff that doesn't happen in the manhwa. Though, the art of the manhwa compensates the lack of details, it's really nice.
If you like reading novels more than reading manhwa, then maybe read the manhwa first, so you can contemplate the novel some more, and so you don't get disappointed by reading the manhwa after. However, if you like imagining the characters yourself and compare them with the manhwa ones, then read the novel first.
If you prefer reading manhwa, I guess I also recommend you to read the manhwa first, and instead of reading the novel from the beginning, maybe read the chapters after the last ones of the manhwa, if - of course - you're interested in the story itself, not only the art.
This is merely my opinion, as I haven't read all of the light novel, nor the beginning of it. Good reading!
(I know you didn't ask for an essay, but I got too excited xD)
Also, I apologise if it's confusing, English isn't my first language.
hi! some comments say that the novel of this is better. i haven’t started reading this yet and i’m contemplating on whether to read this first or the novel instead. can anyone tell what’s so different between the two and why the novel is better??
