Ima manifest my non-existent sherlock holmes abilities but the only way the age makes sense is if: It uses the traditional east asian aging system but that would still only make them 1 year old at birth, therefore; Uke is born very close to January 1st (where every january 1st every baby ages by one, e.g. a baby is born at December 31st and they are, by the system, considered 1 yr old, so when it turns January 1st, they are 2 years old) therefore making it look like said person is 2 years older than the actual age Peace.
