Characters were cute but story threw us off especially how jamil was MmC alongside Mc but as soon as pray pulled up he was forgotten and became basically a sex you and then made a character who seems like he only wants sex all the time. It lost the ummmph once Jan went off to fuck pray as jamil laid in the hospital, didn’t even visit him. So for them to end up in a poly relationship is hullshit and makes no sense. We not hating on the author or story we are just mad at how something started good and went off script. Confusing half of us. I read the rest confused as hell
This was a really good story, even if it wasn't perfect. The concept of Hugo's was really intriguing and I thought the author did a great job with that. The characters were cute and relatable. It had just the right amount of angst and comedy. The plot twists and poly relationship was unexpected but well done. My only issue was that the pacing could've been better. Idk why some people are so hateful. I've seen dumber shit get rave reviews smh.
