Correct me if I’m wrong, but yes Emily is Sean’s child as you read you will figure out that Sean was a surrogate for Kyle I believe and Sean took one baby and gave the other to Kyle. But sadly the child that Sean and Jake had did die, but I’m pretty sure that now Sean and Jake are going to raise Emily.
I swear jake and sean story made my heart breaks and both of them are longing for their daughter... OMG im crying...again
