this actually happen and indeed the father is the one that ask the blonde hair guy to turn back time, but not to save keira, but to save his reputation. after keira died, the truth has been revealed that cossete is not the real daughter, so his reputation as the great duke are ruin, in order to avoid that, he turn back time to the past. this dude stay selfish until the end bruh. in order to turn back the time, it requires two person if im not wrong, but only keira able to remember everything clearly while the father memories are not really clear thats why sometimes he had a headaches bcause of the past. this is a the novel spoiler that i read, all of them are from my memories so if theres any error im sorry haha. english is not my first language so im sorry if u don't understand something HAHAHA

I feel like the Grand Duke’s recollections from the past are hazy. Like a dream you vaguely remember. That would explain why he needed her to repeat those words; they might have felt like deja-vu. I mean we already know that he dreamt of the FMC dying, except it wasn’t a dream.
I was sure he was the one who asked the other blond hottie to turn back time, but according to the guy, he should remember everything perfectly. So that’s a little odd.
