They were probably just hanging out and black haired demon is edging Imae on.
Also, I wonder what really made Wudo leave the black haired demon, did he slept with others even when he was with Wudo? Or did he only go back to sleeping around when Wudo left? If he was faithful to Wudo while they were together I wonder what else could have gone so wrong to make Wudo hate him so.
