Yeah, i thought so too and since after going back in the past he was having nightmares about the first timeline, the magician did say that the one who choose who is to return in the past would likely not have any memories
Also I read a spoiler Not sure if it's true but if it is... The Duke must have found out the truth about corsette and regret the death of our cutie Keira and have asked the mage to turn back time... And that's maybe the reason why he doesn't have any memories
I bet its the Duke who asked the mage to turn back time. They said someone else must have asked and it seems like he has nightmares about it. Did he figure it out in the other life that she was indeed framed and died in vain? Hopefully we see him behave better towards her
