That's so sad .
i think woohyun was there in the ambulance, but was hallucinating him when she woke up in the hospital, cause he looked a little see through. and i think hayan being pushed with no hand on the handlebars was an error by the artist, we'll have to wait and see though.
Nah its not a hallucination because before that close up panel, he was already holding her wheelchair
I literally read the raws and if my assumptions are true, then it's sad.
Basically, I believe that Woohyun was never there all along. Ha Yan just imagined him to be with her in the ambulance, and said all those things. She's gone crazy and is halluncinating. I remember this panel where at the end, her wheelchair was being pushed by Woohyun and she's happy; being taken care by him. However, the panel before that had a close-up of Ha Yan on the wheelchair, and nobody was holding or pushing onto the handlebars soooooo.... idk yet tho, I'll wait for further chaps
